The Lincoln White collection is a premium Italian porcelain tile designed to replicate the quiet luxury of aged limestone and travertine. Each tile is digitally printed with subtle veining, soft mineral shading and gentle surface movement, so no two tiles look identical – exactly as you'd expect from quarried stone, but with all the practical benefits of modern porcelain.
Laid in a modular pattern (also known as Roman opus or opus romano), the mixed tile sizes interlock to create a rhythmic, organic layout that feels considered yet unhurried – perfect for open-plan kitchens, garden rooms, country homes and contemporary courtyards alike.
Chiselled edge for an authentic stone finish
Unlike standard rectified tiles, every piece in this range features a chiselled (or "split") edge, gently fractured to mimic hand-cut stone. The result is a tactile, textured perimeter that softens grout lines and gives floors and walls a beautifully aged, time-worn appearance – ideal for heritage properties, farmhouse kitchens, Mediterranean-inspired interiors and luxury outdoor living spaces.
R10 anti-slip rating – safe indoors and out
With a certified R10 slip resistance rating and PTV36+, Windsor White is engineered for confident use in high-traffic and moisture-prone areas including:

We offer two delivery options -
- Standard Delivery: approx. 3–7 working days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 working days (additional cost per pallet)

- Standard delivery is free on orders over £399 to most UK postcodes. Orders under £399 incur a delivery charge.
- Some postcodes are excluded from free delivery. Enter your postcode at checkout to see your cost.
- Want a set day? After checkout, choose a convenient working day and we'll arrange it with the courier. Specified dates can't be guaranteed, as unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
- Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm.
- All orders are delivered kerbside by tail-lift vehicle and manual pump truck. A signature is required on delivery.
Damaged or missing items -
- All items are checked before dispatch, but damage can occasionally happen in transit.
- Please check your delivery before signing. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, sign for it as "damaged on arrival".
- Contact our customer services team within 72 hours of delivery with photos of all affected goods, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
Ordering tips -
- Allow an extra 10% for off-cuts, wastage and potential breakages.
- We don't offer a cutting service.

Batches change quickly, so we can't guarantee the same batch will be available for future orders. If you're topping up an existing order, please check this before ordering so we can try to match it where possible.
We suggest ordering 10-15% extra to allow for cuts, breakages, and future repairs – this also avoids batch mismatches and delivery wait times if you run short.
Natural stone and porcelain can vary in density and finish, so cutting results depend on the tools and technique used – even for experienced installers. We offer a paid cutting service for a clean, precise finish, or recommend ordering a little extra to allow for on-site cuts.
