Chevron, not herringbone. There is a difference, and people who care about floors care about it a great deal.
Chevron is planks cut at an angle so the ends meet point to point, forming a continuous unbroken V down the room. It’s the more formal, more architectural of the two — the pattern of Parisian apartments and rather grand hallways — and because every joint lines up perfectly, it draws the eye straight down the space in a way herringbone never quite manages.
Dream Honey does it in warm, light golden oak: clean, calm, beautifully even graining with very little knotting, so the pattern stays the star of the show rather than competing with texture. It’s the natural blonde oak everyone actually pictures when they say oak, and it brings genuine warmth to a room full of glass without ever tipping into orange.

We offer two delivery options -

- Standard delivery is free on orders over £399 to most UK postcodes. Orders under £399 incur a delivery charge.
- Some postcodes are excluded from free delivery. Enter your postcode at checkout to see your cost.
- Want a set day? After checkout, choose a convenient working day and we'll arrange it with the courier. Specified dates can't be guaranteed, as unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
- Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm.
- All orders are delivered kerbside by tail-lift vehicle and manual pump truck. A signature is required on delivery.
Damaged or missing items -
- All items are checked before dispatch, but damage can occasionally happen in transit.
- Please check your delivery before signing. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, sign for it as "damaged on arrival".
- Contact our customer services team within 72 hours of delivery with photos of all affected goods, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
Ordering tips -
- Allow an extra 10% for off-cuts, wastage and potential breakages.
- We don't offer a cutting service.

Batches change quickly, so we can't guarantee the same batch will be available for future orders. If you're topping up an existing order, please check this before ordering so we can try to match it where possible.
We suggest ordering 10-15% extra to allow for cuts, breakages, and future repairs – this also avoids batch mismatches and delivery wait times if you run short.
Natural stone and porcelain can vary in density and finish, so cutting results depend on the tools and technique used – even for experienced installers. We offer a paid cutting service for a clean, precise finish, or recommend ordering a little extra to allow for on-site cuts.
